Lutron Electronics, Coopersburg, PA
- Full-stack developer on a windows application used to design commercial lighting systems in order to generate construction documentation and purchasing information.
- Pioneered and led an initiative for an e-tool to bridge the gap between Lutron’s design and commissioning tools to reduce time spent on engineering field visits by 2 hours per job.
- Designed and developed a revamped login flow leveraging single sign-on for all of Lutron’s Windows design tools which increased security and uniformity across platforms.
- Managed engineering workshops and worked directly with various stakeholders to iterate on feedback, resolve immediate issues, and implement suggested improvements.
- Led several on-site software engineering interviews for college-level candidates.
